Columbus Startup Weekend returns November 9Upcoming Events — By Walker Evans on November 5, 2012 at 2:30 pm
Startup Weekend is back! If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be an entrepreneur, then you’ll want to attend this weekend’s event. You’ll witness, idea building, late-night coding and design sessions, and bootstrapping a new business in just 54 hours.
Participants are divided into teams and are given two-and-a-half days to get a startup off the ground. Community mentors are available throughout the weekend for advice, and a panel of judges will select the best ideas to be recognized after final presentations on Sunday.
Startup Weekend takes place Nov. 9-11 at The Ohio State University’s Office of Technology Commercialization at the South Campus Gateway.
