Your Management Team Partners with ECDI on Training Programs

The Economic and Community Development Institute (ECDI) and Your Management Team (YMT) have joined forces to provide new training and educational resources for clients.

“This partnership will offer a complete package of funding and knowledge designed to grow small business,” said Mary McCarthy, president of Your Management Team. “We are thrilled to work as a team to provide this opportunity.”

Your Management Team will develop, manage and oversee the training department at ECDI. Their program will run the gamut from the initial informational session, all the way through to post-loan training.

“The focus is to provide continuing education and guidance before and after securing a loan to increase the business owner’s opportunity to succeed,” said McCarthy. “We are combining ECDI’s ability to provide the needed capital with our ability to provide the knowledge and training.”
